Estoppel & Questionnaire Requests

All estoppel and questionnaire requests must be submitted through our Management Company's online ordering portal. These requests are not processed at the on-site management office.

Please follow these steps:

​

  1. Visit the online ordering portal: https://cpmresales.com/

  2. Log in to your existing account or create a new account.

  3. Follow the instructions to submit your order.

  4. If you still have questions after creating your account and submitting your order, please email cpmresales@campbellproperty.com.

 

Important: The Palm Isles Master Association charges separate fees for estoppel and questionnaire requests. In addition, each Palm Isles member association charges its own separate fees. The Palm Isles member associations are:

  • Palm Isles I Condominium (Condo 1)

  • Palm Isles II Condominium (Condo 2)

  • Palm Isles III Condominium (Condo 3)

  • Southwind Estates Association

  • Palm Isles West Association​

Condo II

There are two separate steps required to receive your copy of the COI. You can complete these steps yourself or forward the links directly to your lending company so their insurance department can submit the requests on your behalf.

Please note:

  1. Parks & Associates: Provides copies of the GL, Crime, Umbrella, and Workers' Comp policies.

  2. Plastridge (EOIDirect): Handles the Hazard and Property policies.
