Condo II
There are two separate steps required to receive your copy of the COI. You can complete these steps yourself or forward the links directly to your lending company so their insurance department can submit the requests on your behalf.

Parks & Associates: Provides copies of the GL, Crime, Umbrella, and Workers' Comp policies.

Plastridge (EOIDirect): Handles the Hazard and Property policies.
